Aadhaar Credential Process



1. You are advised to work for UIDAI Aadhaar Project in a Government Building..


eg. Government School, Any Nationalized Bank, Government Hospital, Post Offices Etc. (This Place Called as BRC)

 You need to Contact Your Nearest Government Office (Listed Above) and get a  Allotment Letter.

     No Objection Certificate will be signed and Stamped By Government Office.

    Download, Print the below given Form and Take a signature, Stamp from above listed officer and Scan this form.

2. Fill Declaration Letter.

You Need to fill the declaration Letter that you will not take a money from Residents.

         Download, Print the below given Form and Fill, signature by yourself and Scan this form.

3. Fill the Consent Form.

           Download, Print the below given Form and Fill, signature by yourself and Scan this form.

4. Capture the Image of your center


There should be 2 images

(i). Outside/External Image (Capture the outside image of your Enrollment center, it is important to fix a flax board of your Enrollment center)

(ii). Inside/Internal Image (Fix a Plan chart in your Enrollment center and capture the photo of VLE and Operator/Supervisor with plan chart together, If VLE and Operator/Supervisor is same then capture only Operator/Supervisor image)

                   Download, Print the below given Form and Fill by yourself and Scan this form.

5. Fill the Excel File

                Download, Fill and Print this form yourself.

Note:

  1. Send Consent Form, Enrollment Center Photo, Affidavit, No Objection Certificate, Excel File,  Copy of Aadhaar and Copy of Sify/NSEiT Certificate to your state UID Cordinator by courier, to Know about
  2. Demand Draft (DD) is Different than a Normal Cheque,  Visit Your Nearest bank for More Details.
